Symptoms: In park or neutral, the idle is 1300; in drive the idle drops to approimately 950 - amazingly consistent RPM's; no driveability issues.
Steps taken: idle adjustment screw - no effect, new IACV (and the connection is good) prior to this issue; carb cleaner spray looking for vacuum leaks and around the throttle body - no effect; throttle cable adjustment; new TPS.
Questions: should I not see some effect from adjusting the idle screw; should I hear an audible click when operating the throttle butterfly by hand; where else can I look to solve this?
Thanks and Happy Sunday Fun Day,
Tommy

Can you take a picture of the idle speed screw? I’m not sure these cars are supposed to have one
