I can not check the cv axle bolts since I am not at home with the proper tools, I will report back in around a week. I inspected the lower torque rod and it seems to be fine. The lower torque rod is new and has been driven with for about 2-3k miles.

Alright, I am pretty sure something is terribly wrong with the passenger side cv axle. As shown in the video, there is a clicking sound when turning the passenger wheel with it jacked in the air. I can also hold the rod part between the carrier bearing and the angle gear and the wheel has play (im not holding it in the video). I think this is also the cause of the thudding into reverse. The driver side one does not seem to have anything wrong with it, but it does have the tiniest amount of play.
I am going to buy the TRQ axles suggested by another user and replace both.
