Just because you're trash, doesn't mean you can't do great things.
It's called garbage can, not garbage can not.

Okay, the Bosch variant has no built in temperature probe from what I've read.
So I guess, the fault is somewhere in the wiring from the sensor at the bumper to the ECU (?).
The sensor maybe lead to the ECC instead (located under the dashboard).
Maybe there is some connector loose. But at this point I'm just guessing.
I'm under 30, you dont have to call me Sir lol

Wierd.
What is actual ambient temperature reading on board computer display?
Is it the same -40F like ecu sees it?

My instrument cluster is reading the temperature correctly.

Man Im just about to finish my 30th year dont say that lmfao.
Sorry I got caught up in some stuff yesterday.
I checked all wires and grounds again just to be sure nothing is getting pinched or anything.
On the sensor and cluster note, when I pulled the sensor out with the car running the cluster read LO as it should. Just another way I tested to rule things out.
Is there any way you could send me a key for the wiring diagram picture! I'd like to see whatsup with those!

Mainly curious as to what 23/306 is and 4/30 on the diagrams you sent. The rest I'm assuming are pins?

At this point...i would remove negative battery cable for couple of minutes and re-seat ecu while battery is disconnected.
