Sorry for the late reply, super busy with renovating.

About your question;
Cant identify the symbol next to 23/306. I'm an electrical engineer but have never seen this one.
But I've found both, 23/306 and 4/30 in this 850 1996 schematics on page 82.
4/30 is the ECC module.

Just because you're trash, doesn't mean you can't do great things.
It's called garbage can, not garbage can not.

Sweet, thank you!

And Misha I've done that as well already, all three main plastic pieces for the ecu housing were removed and I inspected the plugs and wires! I have some interesting news but I want to see how things play out the next few days and I'll come back and report!

FINAL UPDATE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

So when scoping everything out I noticed the main harnesses little mount with the bolt on the subframe (if you're facing the car with the hood open it's to the bottom left side, near the ac compressor.)

The bolt wasn't holding the plastic harness holder as it should, the bolt was sitting in the threads while the harness was kinda just pushed up against it. (I had just replaced the subframe and said screw it it won't effect much.)

Well that same day after fixing it I took the wagon out for a drive the CEL stayed on until I stopped at the gas station and turned off the car.
Since then, the CEL has been off!!

I'm curious as to what actually is going in because I hit a bump hella hard in the road and it came back, only for it to turn off again whenever I stopped at the gas station right afterwards!

So damn weird lmao
