Here are files needed to compile with tcc.
byteswap.h and getopt.h must be moved to the tcc\include folder.
the rest in the tcc folder
The .bat file will run the command:
tcc.exe seed-gen.c getopt.c -o seed-gen.exe
And create seed-gen.exe

Complete c:\tcc folder with compiler and seed-gen.c
For win32 at least. I'm running XP.

It is http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releas ... 32-bin.zip
with added byteswap.h, getopt.h in the include folder, and seed-gen.c, getopt.c and buildseed.bat in tcc main folder.

For DTC reading on ECM Denso which DHA command is correct?

7A AE 31, 7A AE 32, 7A AE 33 or 7A AE 11?



7A AE 11 corresponds to the first element Read 2 byte dtc, not sure if this means to read a specific DTC you know in advance or read all DTCs.

Also, is anyone familiar what DTC-Copy area is and EEPROM area, why are there two of them?

Could be a copy in RAM.
You could read yor RAM and EEProm and compare.

I am not sure this tool can help to restore firmware completely. I downloaded FW from similar working DiCE and updated DiCE with issue by programmer.

It has the same M32C. Does it have flash protection PIN set?

Unfortunately, it was some years ago, I do not remember this detail.

The ones I've checked have flashing pin codes set.
Two had the same pin, and one had +1 on all bytes.
