Unknown exterior light mysteriously illuminated XC60 recharge

Can someone tell me what these lights are on my neighbors '23 XC60 recharge front turn signals?
(the horizontal 3 inch maybe light)

She's been here 4 months and the lights have never been illuminated that I have noticed

I went thru 900 page owners manual and saw not one picture of the exterior lights
