On my 97 855 GLT, the part numbers were Volvo 3528201 and 3528207.

Thew other option that is regularly brought up is to just get rid of the oil cooler and replace with a blanking plate below the crank pulley.

If you do replace the pipes, then make sure to use new 'O'-rings.

At the bottom end at the engine, make sure the repair shop cleans the seating area carefully in the thermostat where the rings fit. The pipes often leak in this area as the metal clamp plate that holds the pies into the oil cooler thermostat bend with age allowing the pipes to pull out of their seats slightly causing oil to leak. This bakes over time making a hard and rough crust which likes to tear the new seals if not removed first.

Are your pipes leaking from the metal joins to the pipes? I ask as I was told by a mechanic at my local Volvo dealer that my pipes were bad as it kept leaking at that bottom joint. Bought new pipes and found they had not done the clean up for the 'o'-rings and had torn them both so twice they re-leaked. I ended up replacing the lines only as I had already removed them from the top. However, I had no need to.

Also make sure the repair shop re-flattens the clamp plate at the thermostat or it will leak again. I flatten the plate and then reverse it when fitted so the pipes are pushing against the original direction of the bend.
