2014 S60 fog lights up grade

Has anyone upgraded their front fog / driving lights? Maybe replacing the LEDs?

I guess not. I can't seem to find an upgrade for them, either... Or a blank panel that I could put a driving light. Is there an exploded view of one of these thing?

My headlights are getting dim on my 08. Will replace with halogens to not get dash warnings but thinking of swapping my foglights for led.

Thanks - my car has this weird what looks to be an LED strip, in a big housing

Anyone know how to remove them? I can't find anything on the web..
