My friend mentioned there is a relocation kit for the TCV, but to do so will potentially move it a fair bit further away from the turbo which will change reaction time from the TCV. Hopefully that is either the original one from the first engine or possibly the 2nd. Both had/have around 150k miles on them so hopefully if this one lasts as long then it will likely outlive the car. If it happens again, and you can get parts, it would take a bit of work to relocate which would require removing the angle gear at least or even the RHF axle as well to give more room.
On a FWD car there is more room, but again, it may still be made easier if relocating to remove the RHF axle as both pipes to the CBV are tucked up between the turbo and the back of the block.
