Hello, first off I've gotten a ton of help on here sifting through threads, but now i need help on a matter urgently that i can't find info on.
I just replaced pretty much my entire front suspension. Rack and pinion, outer tie rods, contol arms, ball joints, struts, wheel bearings, sway bar links. And now it won't align. Stuck too much toe in and not enough threads on the inner tie rod to toe out any more. Took it to get aligned and the guy told me that i put the outer tie rods on too much and left no room for adjustment. That didn't make sense to me because even if i took them off and threaded them on just a little, then used the inner tie rod to thread them in, then it would still be at the same spot. Even though it didn't make sense i did it anyway and I'm still with the same issue. I remember it was quite difficult to install the new struts,i thought they were too long, i had to push the control arm as far down as it would go and use a screwdriver inserted in the bottom hole of the strut and knuckle then push up and in on the knuckle really hard until it aligned with the top hole in the strut and get a bolt in it before removing the screwdriver and replacing with a bolt in the bottom hole. Could the strut be wrong and the vehicle is too high now not allowing the wheels to toe out enough? Any ideas on what could be happening here? Please help. Thank you!
Help! Did full sus rebuild, can't get to align.

Most suspension parts are plug and play except for the inner and outer tie rods which affects the alignment. If the inner is installed fully then it's just the out tie rod you're dealing with. Take a look at FCP's video and see if you fully understand the alignment theory and process and check back.

What brand of tie rod ends are they? I had bought a cheap set and they were incorrect in the same way. What brand are the rest of the parts? If they're aftermarket Chinese parts you can expect to have all sorts of trouble with fitment...........then quality a few months down the road. Tell me you didn't buy quick struts from RockAuto!
