What did "someone" do to your P2 Volvo today?

2009 S60 2.5T AWD

No one was injured but I think I lost another one? Couple of months ago the 00 S70 SE. Both cars were very clean in and out.

Not sure what the other party's insurance will pay. The other car was in a real hurry backing out of a parking space. Everything worked great and exterior and interior like new with all maintenance up to date and almost new tires. The 00 S70 SE just had set of Goodyears installed.

EDIT: Driving normal as if nothing happened. Currently, 4 drivers on 3 cars including the 09 S60. Hoping warmer weather will put another 2 on the road soon.

Did an oil change over the weekend, new filter with pennzoil 5w30. Now i am getting evap codes and gas cap open warnings. I suspect there is a hose that needs to be changed under the car.

That is unfortunate, especially the damage to the rear panels. I dont mind door hits but absolutely dread damage to the rear panels. The one part that is not trivial to pull.

So sorry to hear this. That back panel is the killer here, like Yanga said. Only doable if you have serious sheet metal skills.

The kids are keeping me busy. My daughter had a little oopsie with her 03' V70. Luckily "only" a headlight and a crumpled hood, which we have to deal with at a later point. A quick search revealed nothing available in Moondust at the junk yards here in NE. I was able to straighten it out though so it doesn't touch the new headlight at least.

I know what you're saying. But also, she drives all over Boston in rush hour traffic, and it is brutal.

I know what you mean. Spent there some good amount of years. SHTF happens and all Bostonians living inside 95 will die in traffic trying to escape.

850 LPT, does this photo reveal where my windshield washer pump lives? (04 XC). If so you have provided a valuable service - I have no pressure in my system and no pump noise.
