Front door modules parasitic draw.

Post by 02V70 »

If I’m reading correctly I have a parasitic draw of 100mA. The car battery gets low and is unable to start after about a week of the car sitting. I did the voltage drop test the only fuse indicating a power draw was the front door modules. Pulling the other fuses for LH front door module or RH front door module does not change anything. Pulling the front door module fuse drops the draw by 80mA to 10-20mA. What could be the cause of this and how can I troubleshoot further?

Note that I pulled the siren fuse about a year ago as that was causing a parasitic drain.
