2005 Volvo xc90 electrical issues Topic is solved

So I bought the car with it being basically flooded the floor was flooded from the sunroof drain and from under the windshield cowl I fixed that and I haven’t heard any water inside again. Not sure but the cem h was destroyed from water so I had it cloned by my local mechanic and the car worked for a couple weeks and then this codes started to pop up only when the cart start driving if the car sits in one spot it can start and rev and the dash and everything works as soon as you leave and drive the dash shuts off the and codes pop up if you park it and shut it off it might start or not it really depends on how the car wants but I figured out a trick when you unplug the cem and plug it back in the car comes back to life for a short period amount of time but enough to get you home. I have contacted almost every single Volvo shop in the Chicago region and nobody wants to help me out.
