2003 S60 Daylight headlights automatically on when engine starts. .... how to switch Off

My 2003 Volvo S60 normally don't have headlights come on when engine starts...
Now after few months idle... Headlights automatically come on when engine starts.
Cannot be switched off from the lighting switches......
How do I correct this problem ??
