Image Rotation has a bug saving the photo after rotation. Working on this.

Ok, Image Rotation works. That photo above is [naturally] a completely normal, correctly oriented photo that I turned 180° with this new forum feature. You can go back to any photo you've ever posted to re-orient it, it's retroactive.
This is how you do it:
1. click the rotation icon next to the file name
2. then click on the image thumbnail to rotate it 90 degrees at a time
3. click SAVE IMAGE under the thumbnail
You do not need to Submit the post for this rotation change to take effect.
Notes for me down the line, please ignore: It works with php8.2 and 8.3.
This is how you do it:
