I need to take the rear bumper apart to gain access to the sensors as well as change a broken bolt (that holds the bumper to the rear end of the car).
I've seen a PDF that shows how to install new sensors and it says undo the 13 hooks.
I had a go at trying to do this but can't see how this is done in any manner that's simple.
Is there an easy way to undo these hooks, or tabs as I see them?
I didn't find any videos on Youtube that shows this, only how to remove the bumper....

This might help….
I need to do this as well to install a factory trailer hitch, but I’m waiting for warm dry weather to paint it first.

Well, thanks. I missed finding that video and will have to keep it in mind.
In the end, just prior to coming in to update my post/query, I managed to find a solution.
A combination of better observation and brute force.
When I first tried splitting the bumper components, it was late in the evening and after many hours working on the car.
I hadn't noticed the 13 little hooks that are on the top edge of the outer bumper cover, instead I was concentrating on the taps that protrude more in the inner part.
I easily undid the little hooks and managed with some effort to pull the two sections apart. The tabs mostly let go on their own although I had pried the first 2 or 3 with a knife blade and stuck a popsicle stick in there so they wouldn't go back to their lock position...
It all came apart fairly easily except for the extreme right hand side tab ( I started on the left) which took a bit more figuring out how to undo.....
