Walking the beach twice a day , on firm pavement, and picking up 20 hours of work a week from home. Easing thst sick time drain , and getting to choose which meetings to ignore

Second knee May6. A little bit slower recover but she is walking without sticks and has about 69 degree bend. Can move her own legs off bed and get around
