I've written to d5t5 (dot) com and never heard back. Anyone have any ideas on how to get a few questions answered?
I've installed Vdash. It runs, but I'm very confused about what personal information they're asking for, what they will do with it, what "VAT" means (I'm in the US and we don't really have that terminology), what the modules can do, what they cost, if I buy one is it one-time use only, or several days, or ?? If it doesn't work, how do I get a refund?
Any thoughts will be very appreciated, thanks.

P.S. Can you edit your original message not include full email? Spam bots dig it up and will spam their email in future. Just kind gesture towards d5t5..
Vat is value added tax here in the UK. There are other countries in Europe who also have vat.
If I buy in the USA or Europe, on receipt of the parcel in the UK it becomes liable for vat. Currently 20%.
Companies that are vat registered in the UK would not be liable for any added tax.

Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry and embarrassed. I should have known better. Thank you for the good and kind advice, and I'm sorry I haven't been on here in a while. I feel bad- I hope they don't get too much spam as a result. Sadly they're probably already on the spam lists. Thank you again.xanthefin wrote: ↑04 Apr 2024, 13:57VAT is tax number like if you have company.RobsS40 wrote: ↑02 Apr 2024, 20:03 I've written to emaild5t5.com and never heard back.
