I’d take chrome. Thanks!
<EDIT> Polished stainless, even better.

Have you checked for positive crankcase pressure by seeing if a glove inflates when you put it over the hole after removing the oil cap? It if inflates, it's a sign you need to change the EGR trap; positive pressure can cause seals to swell and lead to engine leaks. I have a 1998 Volvo V70 XC and had a mechanic replace it for me.

Just came here to needlessly agree that quantum fuel systems is a steal. Also had to replace the fuel pump in my AWD 98 R. I elected to drop the rear and the tank just enough to make it work (and work it was). Doesn't seem too difficult now that I've done it maybe 5 or so times in total now as I wound up having to replace some fuel line as well and had to play with routing and snug up any leaks...abscate wrote: 08 Jul 2023, 03:22abscate wrote: 07 Jul 2023, 03:10We can’t get them at all over here. Can you tell us how much they are? We might put together a group buy if you are willing?xanthefin wrote: 07 Jul 2023, 02:26
I am able order new expanders. I guess in USA they not kept in stock.
Op- if you search my Kat Resurrection thread you will find a source for the OE fuel pump insert, which has to be built into the unique AWD cartridge .they are about $100 as of 2022

Anyway, initial pump I got was so loud I refused to drive it... Feared id have to spring for the insanely priced Volvo replacement when I found quantum and it was so cheap it was worth the cost just to try and see if it worked. 40 bucks or so later and I have yet to hear it running once installed.

Hello all,
Are there upgraded front ABS sensors with molded in wires, or a different year that would work? I've "fixed" the connectors three times now (soldered and shrink wrapped), but they always seem to come apart.with vibration, etc.
Does anyone make them with pigtails instead of the connectors right on the sensor?
