'99 C70 Cruise Control Fuse Doesn't Seem to Exist ?

Trying to locate the fuse for cruise control. Nothing listed in owners manual and not listed on cover for fuse box under the hood. Doesn't seem to have the additional fuse box inside car that I see mentioned for later years. I also don't see the vacuum pump for cruise under the battery that others have talked about. Maybe this one doesn't have a fuse for cruise?

The 99 MY with Bosch ME7 engine control achieves cruise control via the Electronic Throttle Module. There is no separate relay or vacuum servo.

+ 1 on that. It was dropped in the 99MY. -98 the pump was under the battery box.

Cruise is controlled, as mentioned, by the ECM, but also the ABS module and the sensors on the wheels, in particular the front LHS. Any issues with that it won't operate. Is your ABS or TRACS/STC (whichever your car has) lights on at all?
