For a while now I have started to experience a symptom where I use the A/C on my S60 2005, and when I attempt to lower the blower speed, it actually increases it, in some rare cases the knob doesn't respond to the first click. Additionally sometimes(again super rare) when I stop the car, the engine fan stays on but seems to be related to the CCM, as when I go in, put key in pos II and cycle the CCM on and off, the engine fan shuts off.
Has anyone experienced this and what could the potential fix be, apart from a different CCM? And are these junkyard CCM dependent on years for the CAN signal matrix?
CCM is acting weird.

Our 05 S60 also acts weird with the fan speed knob. When you go to speed it up, it can go backwards.
As long as it will eventually go to the correct speed, I'm just leaving it alone.

Ive experienced this with my volume knob on my HU 813 radio, I wonder if it has something to do with the rheostat on the fan speed control, this would make sense from a high wear perspective, that's an often used control as is the volume knob on a radio. The engine fan may be related somehow, perhaps when the AC fan is in the highest position?
