
That's a picture of the top of the fuel tank sending unit access port under the left hand rear seat. There is also one uner the right hand rear seat but that is the fuel pump access port.
That discolored wire was causing the breaker at the CEM to overheat then you would get a crank but not start even after you had been running the car for hours.
No Codes with regular scan tool.
VIDA gave a "power signal too high" or something like that.
If you can find someone with a copy of VIDA to scan your s60 that may shed some light on the problem.
