Shouldn't take long to create a 3D model of it. Not sure about what materials to use though.
Yes, you can :)
The connectors for the door side lights in my V70 suffered from the same issue, the silicone seal just crumbled away:

Making a 3D model was indeed quite easy because fortunately I still had a spare connector where the seal was not completely deteriorated and the prototype from PLA was printed rather quickly:

The new seal is designed in a way that it can be installed on the already existing bullet connector. It has a split halfway through through which the connector can be inserted. The split is then glued shut with CA glue. (The contrast makes it really hard to shoot a good picture, but the split is there.)

As you can see, it fits quite nicely in the original connector housing:

With everything put back on my door, the repair took less than two hours (TPU prints rather slowly).

The seal is printed from TPU, however TPU is hygroscopic so it's possibly not ideal. A better choice would be TPE (which I have as well), but the spool is not opened yet and I didn't want to open a can of worms.

As usual, I published the 3D model on Printables, so everyone can print their own :)

That is a cool idea and implementation!
I was wondering if it would be possible to 3-D print a mold and then use RTV silicone to inject inside and around the bullet connectors, to make a new insulator for them.

It would certainly be possible, but quite a rabbit hole to get into and it probably would take many tries to get it right (silicone viscosity, molds, mold release etc).
That was just not the kind of rabbit hole I wanted to get into 🤣

The seals in TPE printed well, but I don't have the settings dialed in perfectly just yet, so the uppermost part shrunk a bit too much:

Dave can also sell you a set. He responds very quickly and his shipping prices are reasonable.

The last few days I have been having the same problem with the washer pump connectors. Luckily I found an alternative on Ebay.

That's the link: https://www.ebay.de/itm/256355479755?mk ... media=COPY

We'll see how well they fit and how long they last.

Here is an update on the connectors from ebay:
The delivery from China was very fast by airmail (I got the package already a week ago).
Today I found the time to solder the cables to the connectors. It was a bit fiddly but the result looks great. The design of the replacement connectors is almost exactly the same as the original, you can see some pictures attached.
