Do you use any compounds, spray or liquid on the wheel bolts of nuts when putting them back on?

I asked AI out of curiosity what I can use and it suggested first anti seize and when I said wouldn't that affect the torque values, it said yes so you must adjust them accordingly, or use Blue Loctite...
I wire brush the threads of the bolts before putting them back on but I've broken a couple of "breaker bars" (ironic name in these situations I guess) over the years trying to remove seized wheel bolts and spent a good hour at removing one seized wheel nut alone. I have an electric impact gun but even it's not powerful enough to remove some bolts after a long winter...

I have used a dab of never seize on lug nuts for years. I do not use a torque wrench, but get them 'tight'. I have not had extremely tight nuts when I removed them.
Please note, I live in mild climate where salt is not used.
I suggest adding 10% to torque spec if using a torque wrench.
If you have doubts about proper torque, check them again in 100 miles.

.
I use to use a thin film of silver or copper anti-seize on the threads but after reading NGK I don't use it anymore on the plugs but instead put a film of silicone / dielectric grease at the front portion of the plug's threads.

This also translate to the lug nut or lug bolt. I think a dry graphite or dry lube would be good to provide a protective film for corrosion. Anti-sieze will throw off the torque.

On all my Volvos I use a very light coat of grease between where wheel touches the brake rotor to prevent corrosion.

On my kids 02 S60 the steel lug bolt is one piece and can stick to the aluminum wheel quite tight so I put a light coat of grease on the bolt shoulder. My 05 and 08 Volvos have the shoulder separate like a tapered washer separate from the bolt—no grease needed on them as they don’t bind up as much.
