XC90 t6 2004 - turbo - leaking oil back of engine, smoke com

Hello,
My volvo has been leaking oil a little bit, not a lot... but when i'm driving or @ a complete stop, smoke comes out of my hood. I opened to check, it comes from the back of the engine... any help guys?

Welcome to MVS.
A common leak that burns off the oil like yours on other Volvo models (I'm not really familiar with the XC90) is the oil return line at the turbo. It's really not a difficult fix, nor is it very expensive. You might look at www.ipdusa.com for the oil return line gasket and o-ring as you will probably need to replace both of these. With that said, if you're not used to looking under your car, get a good mechanic (not necessarily a Volvo Dealer mechanic, as they tend to be over prices- but someone who knows your car) to confirm what I've said about your leak. Also, make sure to post back to let us know what you found.
