It is. I want to do my own shirts, make my own screens, press my own prints. That's the ideal. It's not that crazy of an idea. That stuff can't cost all that much, right? Maybe find some used equipment? I'm not looking for volume, just low-cost equipment and the flexibility that would give me. I have garage space for it.
I used to do full BW darkroom stuff, had an enlarger, trays, chemicals, light-tight basement room, etc. I did a few block cuts onto shirts with fabric ink a couple years ago, kind of a proof of concept endeavor.

The reason I switched it up for this job is I didn't want unbought leftovers. I still have a bunch of sizes from the MVS fist logo shirts, mostly XL.
We just have to figure out a way to shrink those XL's. Maybe I could wash / dry them hot, while drinking a cold beverage ( or two ) and come at it from both ends. Shirt gets smaller - I get bigger
Try to learn life's bad lessons vicariously through others.

Sweet! Thanks for letting me know you like it VLN. The Viking-Moose thing is getting some traction now. The badge magnets I got in 2021 or 2022 and those sold out. T-shirts/hoodies did ok, and now the 2nd order of badges is selling well. One customer buys 2-6 badges every six or so weeks.
