San Fran Bay area - any DIY garages or MSV member with work space?

Hi, y'all know of any DIY garages or a Matthews Volvo Site member with some work space they may not mind sharing around the San Fran Bay area?

I brought this 1998 V70 to my kid in Berkeley and even with the steps taken so far the RMS may need to be replaced. History here viewtopic.php?p=649025#p649025

I'm thinking 1-2 days diy. An engine hoist would be great.

Please let me know any ideas. Willing to pay for space and tool rental.

I'm here till Friday and can extend it needed.

With my VW Vanagon we have VanAlert.com that Vanagon owners make themselves available for repairs and driveway camping. I'm a host that offers that in Albuquerque so of you guys ever need anything while in ABQ I'll help of I can.

On a tight schedule I would look for something like a DIY GARAGE rather than a private individual. It’s tough tonsil a big job like that on a weeks notice

This place is about an hour away in South Bay / San Jose, haven't found anything else. Like $30/hr space, lift, till rental.

I may leave the RMS like it is and do it on another visit. (Shrug)
