I have 2001 V40, 134,000 miles. I have a misfire cylinder 3. Codes P0107 map sensor, P0015 bank 1 cam sensor, P0131 O2 bank 1 sensor 1.
Replaced all sensors, spark plugs, coil pack, fuel injector cyl 3. Still misfire. Compression 180, fuel injector noid light test passed. Sprayed starting fluid on vacuum lines, nothing happened. I'm at wits end. By the way timing belt replaced recently. No other codes coming showing.

Did you replace the plug wires with a new set of Bougicords? Even though it's the cylinder that has a coil pack on it, charge could be getting lost on the other side if the wire is shot.
Did you check the gap when you did the plugs? They're supposed to come pre-gapped but they can get knocked around in transit.

Volvo s40 2000 2.0 petrol non turbo same issue for a while so about to order this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007008697772.html
But not 100% sure if it's same (it looks like same but it's for 2.0T) but thinking that at least connecting clips with cables will be used as connectors are same give it a shot yourself as most likely cables are fried (worth a try for couple of pounds) sadly I can't find oem part number for my engine so this is probably the best shot I got at it.
30864977 Wiring harness 9 1.00 For vehicles with variable valve timing (CVVT).
No idea if my s40 has variable valve timing (cvvt)
