I think this is a Plymouth. Perhaps late 40s early 50s.
Dad had a 48 Plymouth and it had different grill, but the center opening doors. Dad used as a pickup in the early 60s.

Oh yeah, suicide doors, I missed that.
I wonder about cars like this - it’s not out in a field like you often see….
It was plopped there to get it out of the way while they moved other things around in the barn?
It’s to attract attention to the car wash in this tiny town?
It has license plates and air in the tires - maybe it’s functional!

Back in the 1990s(?) a coworker had a 1936 Plymouth that he drove to work nearly every day. It was not restored or fancy, but it ran ok. I don't remember him being a serious 'car guy', so I don't think he did much work on it.
