2012 S60 T6 ac clutch bearings are shot.
I am in the middle of replacing the compressor, drained the oil out of the old compressor, only 8ml came out.
Previously I added 80ml oil to the new compressor according to an online YouTube tutorial; add half the system capacity (110ml) +10 oz .
Tried to drain the new compressor, nothing comes out.
Maybe this is part of the reason that only a small amount came out of the old compressor?
Can anyone tell me how much to add?
I also found this recommendation for adding oil to parts that need replacing.
only the total amount adds up to 5.9 Oz/ 174.6ml
If I scale back the quantity to 120ml then I need to add 28.5ml to the compressor and 20.3ml to the dryer.
So I need to remove 30ml from the new compressor?
For reference, the system amount from Vida.
I also posted this on Swedespeed.

I was informed that these ac compressors have a drain plug. This is needed to fully drain the compressor.
For future reference:
drained total: 26ml from the original compressor, after using the drain plug too.
drained 30ml from new compressor, after using the drain plug.
I put in 30ml PAG 46 oil in the new compressor (exact amount that came out) and this is also close to the scaled down amount from the online tutorial.
And 20ml in the dryer.
Pulled vacuum from Sunday night until Monday morning and had it recharged on Monday . It works great
