Volvo S60 all keys lost and cem dump file corrupted

Hi can you help me
After read the eeprom MT28F400 and add a new key (new ID48 transponder) and install the cem in the car I had this problems:
The car don't start
All lights in dashboard off
After make searches I think I need dump file for cem 8688513 flash memorie MT28F400.
Can you help me please

Correctly re-program the new key and any other necessary data into the CEM.
I do believe that you should call up a profesional in key reprogramming if you're feeling lost

I need the dump CEM P2. My file is corrupted.
Or I have to send my CEM to professional to fix my CEM and add a new key
Does anyone know how can do this work ? specially in Europe

Hi, the same thing happened to me.
What did you end up doing?
Read chip with vvdi prog, now no dash lights(only check engine) crank start and die
