98 s70 t5 vac lines fresh air line?

Assuming what I’m looking at here is the green fresh air line. Where does it go and how do I repair it

Had to fix the tcv and pulling that out I broke another line on the air box. That’s on the opposite side of where blue line or the small “j” hose goes from the intake into the tcv
