Adjust the headlights vertically Volvo S60 2008B

Want to adjust headlight on the passenger side (steering wheel to the left) vertically outward towards to the right side of the road.

In which direction should the outer adjustment plastic screw (vertical adjustment) be screwed, clockwise or counterclockwise for the right headlight to shine a little more side of the road?

(It is difficult to access the screw and I can only turn the screw a little bit every time.
When I screw, i see no difference at all because I have to screw 10 times for each lap plastic screw to move one lap).
