7mm is a 9/32 Imperial I think ??
Use closed banded clamps on this stuff to protect the hoses. They need to be pretty tight so Torx or hex heads are much beefier than slotted screws

As long as it's close and won't collapse with heat you should be fine. To stretch or not to stretch in terms of sizing availability is the question.

The grooves indicate some kind of worm gear on band grooves rather than the bolt and nut which is a smooth band.

The 5mm or close to 5mm tubing they carry is meant for windshield wiper fluid. It works but it’s a pain in the ass to work with trying to get the turbo vac lines replaced on the engine side. I ordered some silicon tubing but the oem Volvo stuff seems way better for this application and for ease of use.
