S60 "Sport" spoiler installation instructions

I'm on a hunt for a unicorn! Does anyone happen to have a copy of the OEM installation instructions for the P2 S60 "sport" spoiler? I have one I want to install but the templates are gone and I'd rather have the original shapes to make absolutely sure I drill in the right locations.

Best I can find is a picture of the front page on Swedespeed but never heard back from the poster of that thread, so hoping someone here might be able to help.

Update: I had a brainwave and was able to get the instructions out of VIDA (procedure 30657114, it's in the accessory installation section under the subheading for mudflaps and spoilers), but they don't include the templates. I can probably muddle my way through without them but if anyone DOES have them I'd still really appreciate getting a set scanned or measured.
