Hi all,
I have a 2010 XC90, not had to car long so could be an underlying issue but ive noticed when turning in lock in either forward or reverse, left or right, i bangs/jumps on the back left wheel.
Just had new wheel bearings Disks, shoes and pads. Ive also not set the handbrake shoes up yet so they shouldn't be causing any interference.
Could the rear toe be out enough to cause this issue? its just had a couple of tyres as the old ones were scrubbed off on the edges.
any help/advice mush appreciated thanks!!

If your old rear tyres were badly worn on the edges it may indicate bad rear suspension parts. Jack up the rear on each side and check if you can move the wheel in any direction. You might find very loose parts that cause your problem.

Hi all thanks for the reply’s,
I ment to add I have just replaced some of the suspension bushings as they looked abit sketchy.
So the car will be to track up and also the tyres are winters now.
I will try get a video of it, to be honest I’ve not watched it my self to see what it’s doing as there was no one about.

No video but what I have found out is that it’s stuck in 4wd until I pull the fuse and you can feel it drop out. It then drives fine.
Halsey had just had a service and I’ve swapped the control solenoid with another one I had .

Any codes? I believe the all-wheel-drive system engages when wheel speeds are off front to back a wheel speed sensor issue normally will trigger an ABS code. Are the tire sizes the same front to back?
Pulling the fuse would seem to indicate that the mechanical side is OK.

Yes tyres are same size, just all seasons on the back and normals on the front
Rear has had new wheel bearings and abs sensors
I had the wheel speeds up on Vida on a test drive and they all read the same.
