My 2006 XC70 Radio & Sunroof.

My radio doesn’t always play. Oddly enough primarily when it rains. The CD player works, but the radio won’t play any sound & continuously searches for a station? When it rains at night I get into my car the next morning & my radio won’t work. Sometimes lasting up to 4 days?

Around the same time that this started happening my sunroof stopped opening? I have checked fuses they are all fine. Any suggestions?

Sunroof can fail to operate due to the alarm unit battery failing under the RHF end of the car. It could also be leaking or blocked drains in the sunroof overflowing into the motor. There are other issues like cable issues. Does anything happen when you press the button or is it totally dead?

The radios go bad on these cars. Cheap enough to buy another or upgrade.

Maybe others will jump in and add suggestions.
