Passenger Rear Door Lock and Gas Tank Lock not working

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

Passenger Rear Door Lock and Gas Tank Lock not working

I have a 2001 Volvo S80.
Both the passenger side rear door lock and the gas tank lock are not working.

I replaced the gas tank lock actuator and replaced the relays for both locks - 2 each. I aso checked the fuse and it is good.

Any idea what to do next?
