Leaking vacuum mount from connection hole 2004 V70 D5

Hi all - I have a leak from the front engine mount, but not the main body - in fact the small rubber grommet where the connector goes into the top is completely shot. I went to take it out (some small parts fell in). Question is, can I just get a new grommet, secure it in place with a new connector and go from there?
