Sunroof, installation and calibration 2014 XC90 R design

My sunroof was smashed in a hail storm, so I went to a wrecker and got a new one and installed. it's not going up, back or stopping where it should. There's a lot of clicking going on when I use the switch, it moves a little but not much, and it doesn't stop where it is supposed to. Is there some sort of sunroof calibration that I need to go through?

1 Turn the ignition switch to position 1. 2 Operate the sunroof switch to position the sunroof in the tilt position, then release the switch. 3 Press the switch again for at least 5 seconds, so the sunroof closes. The calibration is complete.

This is the procedure for general calibration.
