Hi All,
New to this forum but are needing some help with a CEM failure in my volvo v70 2011.
To present the case i will include som history of the repair i am struggling with. I newly bought the car as a repair object and to upgrade our cars to a bit of a newer model. The car i offcourse got verry cheap. At inspection the errors was seemed to be a easy fix with standard errors for the model.
broken cabel that connects the trunk and trail lightning to the CEM (break light, position light etc.)
broken blower fan
a shortage in the trailer module.
all this issues was fixed and was offcourse still struggeling with not getting my auxilary top break light working and also my break light left/right would not turn of after shuting down the car. After a lot of work i traced the failure down to a broke LED-driver at the CEM module.
Fortantly i had some spare parts and got a repair of the CEM and changed the component on the circuit board.
after the change of the component the car will not give any trail lightning and it seems like my CEM will not reconize the new LED driver mounted.
Please help and thank you for all input.
