SUZUKI GSE 500 -2003 - Electrical issue Manov's Bike rescue

Post by manovlov »

Hy Guys,

I have an issue with my bike. To work on my 850, everything seems rather easy. But in electrical stuff on my bike, it's another story, i'm lost.

I've decided to install a command from an YAMAHA FAZER 600 from 2003, to get the WARNING button, and so replace the original command. But i can't find the correct way to plug cables between themselves. I precise that i have only onegreen flash on the dashboard, before starting this change, each time i turned left or right, the dashboard green light was working fine for each command (turn left - right).

Under, the original commodo from GSE 500

Today, when I turn on the ignition :
- when I turn the blinker to the left, the turn signals works (Front-Back) and the dashboard 's light indicator works (it flashes)
- when I turn right, the indicators works (Front-Back), but the TDB light doesn't flash
- when I turn on the WARNINGS, the indicators work (Front-Back), but the TDB light doesn't flash.

Here's the wiring diagram for the GSE 500:

If someone could explain to me how to plug correctly the cables, i would thank him so much. I would like to go further on this bike, i have to clean carburators, and others parts...

Thanks, anyway, to have read me
