Smoke - C30 2.5 T5 - 2012

I have a C30 2.5 Turbo T5 2012 with 140k Km
New PCV
New head gasket
New Turbo

The problem is:

At idle there is no smoke to talk about but under acceleration and when letting off it starts to smoke. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated..Thanks

Did you replace the valve stem seals?

So it smokes when you start the car? What color is the smoke and does it have a oil or sweet smell?

We have to be careful not to exclude work done as well. Some aftermarket part qualities are not that good, so using non-Volvo valve stem seals can be problematic. You may want to do a compression check to make sure you don't have low compression due to piston ring problems. This also helps for us to help diagnose from a distance. If you test the cylinder compressions 'dry' first, then add a tea spoon of oil to each cylinder, do the compressions change?
