Today took about 3 mins to start. Both accessory and main battery are new. At the end of video there is a red line on the fuel gauge, car has full tank too. Any ideas? Thanks.

Video shows what's going on;
Today took about 3 mins to start. Both accessory and main battery are new. At the end of video there is a red line on the fuel gauge, car has full tank too. Any ideas? Thanks.
