Rotten egg odor, 2017 v60

Every time I go over a speed bump or brake hard, an odor similar to rotten eggs comes in the cabin through the vents.
Ideas as to what it could be? How to elimininate? My wife keeps thinking it’s me.

Don't know where this one has its batterie, but i got something similar as my batterie was too full and the vent pipe was not connected, so you got a whiff of batteryacid after the bump.

Are your cowling drains clear? Could stinky old water be sloshing into the vents?

The other issue that causes this smell is a catalytic converter issue, but I'd be surprised on your age of car.

The battery issue sounds more likely. I believe the battery on a 2017 V60 is in the engine bay on the top cowling area near where the fresh air intake is

Update. Cleaned vent holes, vented battery and prob seems to have vanished thanks all
