92 940gl Brick

Hello Volvo community, just purchased a one owner 940gl. It would start and sputter a little but after you rev it up a little it would go away. Previous owner said he hasn't changed plugs and wires in a while. So I did a complete swap out of both with Bosch plugs. Found the distributor cap was broke in 3 different places, changed that and rotor, changed crank shift position sensor, fuel pressure regulator, ignition coil. Now she will turn but will not start. Last I drove it around the block. Drove fine, seemed like it had more power and then died near my home. Seemed to go out on lack of fuel. Checked fuel pump relay behind ashtray, it is clicking. Does the additional relay near the battery power the pump after the ashtray relay? Seems like a lot. Older car so I'm trying to replace what's needed. Any help is a blessing, thanks in advance

If this car was not run for a couple years, the fuel supply is suspect.
Check you are getting fuel at the fuel rail on top of engine. If getting fuel, than check fuel pressure, I think should be about 45 PSI?
If fuel is an issue, replace fuel filter and try again. Then replace fuel pump if still bad, Then check fuel lines for blockage. Or maybe try a used fuel pump before new pump.
Need correct fuel, air and spark.

Thanks man, I'll look into it. Thing is now when I turn thr key it is only giving me the orange arrow. Something is definitely not getting power
