Module(s) disappear after doing s.w. reload /upgrade

hi all.
So. have a 2011 c70/ yv1672mc6bj114405.
I bought it to repair +resell. broken timing belt. Top worked fine.
I had some other volvos that I had to do some programming on, so while i had 3day subscription thought i would install any upgrades available.
Nothing was wrong with the car. just wanted to blow a few hundred $$ on software I didn't need.
So- i tried a total CAN and TOTAL MOST. Both failed. Repeatedly.
After attempting these upgrade software downloads, the CRM( convertible roof module) showed offline/ red on VIDA.
I tried a reload for the ecm. TCM. CEM. I attempted CRM reloads as well as upgrades.i think it was showing weird codes for the Brake control module so i did a reload for it. I was throwing money like i just won price is right.
Nothing worked.
again, the roof worked fine before this. afterwards, it shows as if it doesn't exist.
Usually afterwards, the car would not start for a while. 5-10 mins the key does nothing.
The radio ceased to work. The screen works but there's no audio at all after this.
Now. I was given the suggestion to get another CRM module.. so I bought one from Erie Vovo, same part number everything.
I installed, pushed the convertible button- car gave a message to close trunk divider..I knew it was working.
SO.... I thought okay NOW i need to get the radio working.. so first i ran the configuration test make sure all the modules are squared away. then i tried crm reload or upgrade {cant remember which)- and it went back to the CRM being ghosted.
SO as it stands I'm back to where i started.
Issues: after attempted software updates/ reloads, i can't start the car for a while. shows 'immobilizer' fault. audio still gone. CRM not being recognized. no top function at all.
I did attempt a total MOST update yesterday- under the software/ advanced settings SOME OF the modules showed as being back online/ communicating. some are still gone.
I'm willing to pay someone for direct communication to help me get through this. It's eating me alive. I don't believe that there is anything wrong with the CRM module or the audio module,as both stopped functioning after a software update. it's like they are in a coma and i can't wake them up.
Oh- whenever i do the total upgrades, they always get stuck at ecm location 42- which is the Location of the crm.
again if someone can help me get through this i'm willing to pay for your time.
