Hello,
So this morning I got in my car and the seat wont move forwards or back.. The height and tilt work. I can here the "click" when i go to use the button to move the seat, but it wont slide. Any thoughts?

It is also helpful to let us know what model and year of car you are asking help for and include it in the title.

Is it just the driver's seat that is having issues? Is the passenger seat powered and does it operate correctly?

After checking the obvious as jonesg has suggested, does the seat motor make any noise or attempt to move but just can't?
