Dejected and resolved to fix my 99 V70 LT XC

Post by madorion »

Grrrrrrr. Surging, poor milage, High and low speed missing, dash, lit up like a Christmas tree, more codes than the CIA, my ETM has pushed me to the limit!
MY Volvo Fix everything under the Sun (beginning with creation to 2005)
MANUAL on DVD should be here soon and hopefully it will enpower me with this website to R& R my ETM, and finally, really repair it, and get some needed relief from this issue. It may be a lost cause....but I don't go down easily. Other than this issue, she's a great car. I've spent a week gnashing my teeth over Volvo's total apathy over a real fix. I am still astonished that no one has come up with a fix that affects millions of cars!
Not having a garage, I have a limited time for this repair. So bear with me as I spend my precious time documenting and understanding this frustrating delemma. Forgive me In advance if at times I vent.
