I'm hoping the pictures are in reverse order unless you are going for the 'patinated' look? :o

Great job, you will now have a line up of MVS'ers looking for you to do the same for their cars!

I ordered a dozen ceramic H7 pigtails from Alibaba last night. They were $12 CDN with priority shipping!

I do like using the OE parts though, but I wonder if they are as brittle as the ones I saw yesterday. Every light had one bulb (usually the outer one) that was just crumpling. Maybe worth taking time to clean and tighten the connectors.

The plastic liners have factory overspray on them and applying Chemical Guys Bare bones would not enhance it therefore no point in wasting money, plus it's way back in complete darkness so will never be seen once the wheels are on

Might be a bit expensive getting MVS'ers cars over here to clean the wheel liners

Drove KarlaKat long island to Albany, 140 miles.

Emptied garage of trash, saved best Volvo parts.

Dropped her off for two new keys and fob, and heat core change

Drove Juliette the Miata killer home. The Idiot Man Light came on 30 miles from ferry, filled up with 13.5 gallons on Long Island

Have 2 fuel pumps to do (98 s70 and a 99 S70 T5). Have not started those cars in over a year and the pumps aint priming. Trying to find a fuel pump tool for the rings now.

00 S70 Manual started right up, its engine looks pretty good and she had a smooth idle. Life found a way to keep me away from these things.

The major projects coming up would be the engine swap for the 98 V70, figuring out what i can do about a seized lower u joint, and potentially rebuilding 2 steering racks for the manual and the s70 T5. Both have boot leaks and it could be entertaining to try and rebuild a rack.

Karla doing duty as my Albany Driver..she will end up in Bridgeport so I can run up to Boston for $10 ferry instead of taking car for $70. Also don’t have to reserve passenger ferry ride
NewGene the xc90 needs nothing!
Need to fix brakes on the T4 camper

Found a parts car with small bits I needed. Got the carpet for the third row seating area and a center arm rest with intact cup holders as a highlight.

Is every car with third row seats supposed to have the small bits of carpet that cover the metal bars on the side, the frame for the other floor panels?

Also, I got a second side mirror because my left/right seems to be disconnected. Would it be possible to change the mechanisms over? also the second side mirror might have a disconnected up/down. By disconnecte I mean not only do the controls not work, but I can press down on it to move the mirror with nearly no resistance
